### How do I order a custom piece?

Just scroll down to the contact section below and send me your dog's neck size and the colours you want! I'll confirm all the details with you before I start weaving.

### How do I measure my dog’s neck?

Wrap a soft tape measure (or a piece of string) around the middle of their neck where the collar sits — snug but not tight. You should be able to fit two fingers underneath. Send me the number in inches!

### How long will my order take?

Every piece is handmade to order, so please allow a little extra time — I'll always confirm timing with you when you order.

### Do you ship?

Yes! Local pickup in Calgary is always free, and I'm happy to ship anywhere in Canada — shipping is calculated at checkout so you only pay what it actually costs.

### Is paracord durable? Can it get wet?

Absolutely — paracord is strong, weather-resistant, and built for everyday adventures. To clean, just rinse with mild soap and water and air dry.
